🎮 IG STUDIOS — TEAM JOINING POLICY
Before joining IG Studios, please read and understand the following terms:
1. 🤝 Team Participation
By joining IG Studios, you agree to contribute to the projects assigned to you and work collaboratively with the team.
2. 💰 Payment Policy
Payments are provided only for projects that are commercially released as paid games and generate revenue.
3. 🎮 Equal Revenue Sharing
For eligible paid projects, the distributable revenue share will be divided equally among all official team members participating under the agreed team structure.
Example:
If IG Studios has 6 eligible team members and the studio receives ₹10,000 in distributable revenue in a month, the amount will be divided equally:
₹10,000 ÷ 6 = ₹1,666.67 per team member
The exact amount received may vary depending on applicable platform fees, taxes, refunds, payment processing charges, and other business expenses before revenue is considered distributable.
4. 📊 100+ Sales Requirement
Revenue sharing will begin once the game crosses 100+ sales, according to the agreed terms for that project.
5. 📅 Monthly Payments
Once the 100+ sales requirement has been met, eligible team members will receive their equal share on a monthly basis, based on the distributable revenue received by IG Studios.
6. 🆓 Free-to-Play Projects
For free-to-play projects that generate no revenue, no payment or revenue share will be provided unless a separate agreement is made in advance.
7. 📢 Transparency
Revenue-sharing terms and team eligibility will be communicated clearly before the commercial release of a project.
8. ✅ Joining Confirmation
If you are comfortable with this structure and agree to these terms, we can proceed with your onboarding and discuss your role in upcoming IG Studios projects.
